You've received a link that ends in /report/<long token>. That link is a secure, read-only snapshot of contribution activity for a tenant. Here's how to read what you see.
The verdict at the top
The first sentence is a plain-language verdict — for example "23 members owe 25 obligations across 12 campaigns · 0% compliant · $1,490 outstanding." Read this first; it's the executive summary in one line.
The three primary cards
Underneath the verdict you'll see up to three primary cards:
- Compliance — percentage of obligations that are fully paid
out of the active total (waived rows do not lower this number).
- Obligations — total active rows in the scope of this report.
- Outstanding — total amount still owed (only when amounts are
visible — some links hide amounts by design).
A "Show details" toggle expands secondary cards (Paid · Partial · Unpaid · Overdue · Waived · Expected · Collected · Extra contributions) without leaving the page.
What's in scope
A short helper line ("25 obligations across 23 members and 12 campaigns") tells you the breadth of what the link covers. If the organiser scoped the link to a single campaign, you'll see "1 campaign". If they scoped it to one status (e.g. paid contributors), the corresponding card numbers will be filtered.
Member detail (multi-source reports)
For larger reports, member-level breakdowns sit behind a "Show member details" toggle. Members are grouped by signal:
- Needs follow-up — open by default. These are members with
unpaid or overdue obligations.
- Partially paid, Consistently paid, Mixed —
collapsed by default; click the header to expand.
Each member's card lists the obligations they owe with due date, expected, paid, outstanding, and status per row.
Privacy modes
The organiser may have set:
- Full — names and amounts both visible (default).
- Status only — names visible, amounts hidden.
- Masked — names shown as "First L.", amounts hidden.
A short note at the bottom of the page confirms which mode is in effect.
What this report never shows
- Phone numbers, emails, or internal IDs.
- Membership lists outside the scope of this link.
- Bank account or Stripe credentials.
I see my name and I owe money — what do I do?
Contact your organiser. Most reports are shared as a follow-up nudge; the organiser will tell you the next step. If the report was generated through a campaign that supports online payments, you may also see a separate "pay" link in the same message — open that one to settle the balance.
